Coffee fundraisers are a great way to earn money for your school, church youth group, missions trip, sports team, or club. And, the great thing about fundraising with fresh roasted coffee, is that most people use coffee every day in their home or office. They are already buying it for themselves regularly. And, if you run your coffee fundraiser before a holiday like Christmas, imagine the potential as a gift item.

To get started, download the coffee fundraiser form from the bottom of this page, then sell coffee. Collect the money upfront. You set the sales price (the form is an excel spreadsheet so you can customize it, change the prices, add your logo, add your group name, etc.)
When you are finished running your campaign selling coffee, total up the coffees that you need and place one bulk order with us at our wholesale price (6 bag minimum purchase).
Your group earns the difference between what you charge and the current wholesale price, earning $ 3 to $ 5 per bag.
As an example, ChurchCoffee's current wholesale price is about $ 7.99 and most groups sell the coffee for $ 12 to $ 14 per bag, yielding $ 4 to $ 6 per bag. This is a generous amount of revenue for your group. Just imagine ten people sell just ten bags, that could yield over $ 500 for your group.
Other groups have added a line to their fundraising forms to include a spot for regular automatic re-order of coffee and have captured an ongoing revenue stream from their supporters. And, some groups simply re-run their coffee fundraisers frequently to make sure that their supporters have an ample supply of fresh roasted coffee and that their group is well funded.
Larger churches, with a coffee bar or coffee ministry simply order a supply of coffee bags for sale weekly at their coffee bar in their lobby, making it available to the whole congregation regularly and thereby generating a steady stream of income to go towards missions trips or church planting. This can be especially rewarding if your group has a connection to the country that the coffee was grown in (example: your church is planning a missions trip to Guatemala, or Mexico, or was donating to help flood victims in Sumatra, etc. then you could feature coffee grown in that country).
